Cards full of birds by Kate

Hi,

Today, I wanted to share with you some easy mixed media cards.
I used papers from Russia (Artelier paper), which go well with Brusho - Olive Green, Burnt Sienna and Orange. I wanted my cards to have earthy tones and those Brusho powders are perfect for that.

With Brusho, you can decorate any background. You can easily find the colours you want or you can mix the ones you have to achieve new colours.

To give my images a more vintage look, I have applied a layer of clear crackle glaze all over them. Another interesting detail that I have added to the card is a cork die cut. Cork is an amazing material and you can find it in almost every single scrapbooking shop; it usually has a double sided tape at the back so it is very easy to use.

Have a nice day.
Kate
