Hello and welcome back to the blog. Teresa here today, and I am sharing a mini canvas inspired by the beautiful art of Julie Ryder.
I began by painting the canvas with acrylic paint, turquoise for the sky, emerald green for the grass:
Once dry I began to add the 'flowers'. These are just small circles of colour:
I continued by adding some leaves. I created these by making small lines in shades of green, turquoise and yellow:
Next, I added more detail to the flowers:
....and some more!
Finally I added a sentiment sticker across the top!
